Nova Matic has acquired the Albanian National Lottery. This was declared earlier and is now complete.
Nova Matic stated that this will bolster their lottery operations. They already possess other lottery offerings and this will augment them.
The Albanian National Lottery commenced in 2012. The company Lotaria Kombëtare was granted a 10-year permit to operate it.
Nova Matic’s chief executive, Harald Neumann, remarked that Eastern Europe is a significant market for them. They aspire to expand their presence there and provide a wider array of services within the gaming sector.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
