MGA Revokes Arab Millionaire Limiteds License Over Unpaid Fees

The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has rescinded the operational permit of Arab Millionaire Limited because the company neglected to remit licensing charges for two straight months. This action comes after numerous efforts by the MGA to communicate with Arab Millionaire and settle the unresolved matters.

Although granted a period of leniency to rectify the circumstances, Arab Millionaire did not fulfill its fiscal responsibilities or collaborate efficiently with the MGA. The company’s inability to pay license dues for two years running ultimately resulted in the MGA’s determination to withdraw its license.

A high-roller gaming platform finds itself in a sticky situation! The enterprise has been instructed to be transparent with its users regarding the predicament and provide them with a method to reclaim their funds, accompanied by explicit directions on the procedure.

Furthermore, they are obligated to submit all their financial dealings to the Maltese gaming regulators and relinquish a substantial sum of €50,000 (equivalent to roughly $52,820!) in overdue payments within a tight deadline of five days.

Although the company could attempt to dispute the regulatory body’s ruling in a court of law, they remain accountable for the time being and could face more severe repercussions, potentially including litigation, if they fail to meet their financial obligations promptly.
