Aristocrat Leisure Limited has designated Anne Tucker as its latest Corporate Secretary. She succeeds Christie Joe, who is exiting the firm.
Ms. Tucker is a seasoned legal expert who joined Aristocrat in 2021. Her most recent position was Deputy General Counsel for the organization. In her current capacity, she will also be tasked with liaising with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) regarding matters pertaining to the company’s listing regulations.
These adjustments follow a string of leadership changes at Aristocrat. The company revealed last week that industry veteran Matthew Primmer would assume the role of Chief Product Officer. Mr. Primmer has been with Aristocrat for nearly ten years and will report directly to CEO Trevor Croker.
This development comes after Aristocrat’s successful entry into the Quebec video lottery terminal (VLT) gaming sector. The corporation anticipates commencing the distribution of equipment and games in the early summer of 2024.
