AskGamblers Recovers Over $9 Million for Players in 2023

A prominent online dispute resolution platform for players and internet casinos, AskGamblers, recently shared that it assisted users in recouping more than $9 million in missing funds during 2023. This remarkable sum stems from the successful mediation of over 2,200 player grievances throughout the year.

From its initial launch, AskGamblers and its associated casino complaint service (AGCCS) have effectively settled an astounding 80,000 complaints, returning an aggregate of $60 million to players. In 2023 alone, AskGamblers managed 3,239 cases, achieving a 70% success rate.

Established in 2005 as a forum for players to exchange feedback and evaluations of digital casinos, AskGamblers was purchased by Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) in 2022 as a component of a broader acquisition from Catena Media.

We appreciate you selecting our team to assist in resolving this disagreement. We assure you we’ll maintain our dedicated efforts, as we consistently strive to do.

Regarding our recent endeavors, GiG has indeed been active! In the previous month alone, our CoreX iGaming platform and SportsX sports betting platform secured new collaborations in both the Spanish and Argentinian markets.”
